5. Third-Party Integrations & Google Drive Backups
When you connect third-party cloud services (such as Google Drive, AWS S3, Cloudflare, or Razorpay) to your OopsBase projects:
- You represent that you are authorized to grant OopsBase permission to interact with those services on your behalf.
- You acknowledge that third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
- OopsBase utilizes the Google Drive API strictly for creating and synchronizing your project backup archives in compliance with Google's Limited Use requirements.
6. Quotas, Billing & Subscription Plans
Usage of OopsBase resources (CPU, RAM, database storage, egress, and custom domains) is governed by your assigned plan package:
- Free / Community Tiers: Subject to standard usage quotas and automated scale-to-zero inactivity pausing as configured by the platform administration.
- Paid Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Quota Exceeded: Projects exceeding assigned disk or database quotas may be switched to read-only mode to prevent disk corruption until upgraded or cleaned.
7. Termination & Service Suspension
You may terminate your account at any time via the console. OopsBase reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraud, or fail to resolve non-payment after reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall OopsBase or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.
